Early Childhood Education (ECE) Director. The Early Childhood Education (ECE) Director is responsible for the management, supervision, planning, development, and growth strategies for FFLC’s Children’s Program. The ECE Director plays a key role in helping to support the vision, goals and strategy of the agency, ensures the highest quality program is offered and develops strong, positive relationships with staff and families. Distance Learning Early Head Start Teacher. The Distance Learning Early Head Start Teacher will effectively plan, prepare, implement, and manage a developmentally and culturally appropriate DISTANCE LEARNING program for children in a team-teaching environment, creating written DISTANCE LEARNING lesson plans based on the interests and needs of the children in collaboration, as well as assess individual and group needs and provide appropriate experiences within each developmental area. The Floater will provide break/absence coverage for staff members working in the infant/toddler and preschool classrooms (coverage will be for Lead Teachers and Assistants). This position assists the center in maintaining continuity of program services and activities that contribute to the development of each child’s full potential. The Floater will have a variety of responsibilities dependent on what is occurring in the classroom at the time of coverage — mealtime, classroom activity time, outdoor play and/or nap time. Shifts will vary in time to assure coverage throughout the day. (More)
